I'm a painter, and I also take care of lighting and small plumbing jobs. When I come into a home, I first look at the real condition of the walls, the lighting or the installation. Then I explain the options worth considering, and we choose together based on what you need and your budget. As I work, I show you each finished stage, so you always know where things stand.

With the photos, I'll ask my first questions. If I need to see it in person to understand the cause or condition, we'll arrange it.

I explain the options, what each involves and which materials I'd use. We fit the scope to what you need and your budget.

I protect everything around the work area, work in stages, and show you each one finished before moving on.

- Protect first
- Floors, furniture and sockets covered before any sanding or painting.
- Prepare the surface
- Open up the crack, remove loose plaster, fill and sand. Paint only lasts as long as what's underneath it.
- Choose the paint
- Matt, satin or washable, depending on the room, how it's used and the light it gets.
- Think about light
- Where and how many spotlights, which colour temperature, and how light falls across the wall.
